Our little Hawk Head Parrot was returned to us yesterday, 31 Dec 09, by the Santa Rosa Sheriff's Department detective! We were and are so very thankful and happy. He had been roughed up a little, and he was very hungry, thirsty, and had regressed back to being almost chicklike even with a little chick cry. After feeding and giving him water and lots of cuddle time for about 2 hours, he finally said "hi!" That was exactly what we were waiting on! He is so precious to us. Thanks to all who helped us look for him. The woman that stole him had a prior record and will be dealth with by authorities! We are so happy to have him back! Praise God for all good things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
